Defining Sub mail boxes

You can define sub mail boxes for specific e-mail addresses. Sub mail boxes are used to sort the mails of specific e-mail addresses directly by sending or receiving. It is an easy way to manage incoming and outgoing e-mail.

1) Open the Sub boxes screen
Click at the "Setup Account" button at the left upper corner of the E-mail screen.

Click at the "Sub boxes" button to enter the Sub boxes setting screen

You are now in the screen to define your sub boxes

2) Select Approved (IN) or Send (OUT)
Click on the "Approved" or "Send" button to select the type of sub box to define.

** sub boxes are only for the approved and send boxes.
Right-Click on the selected button to view existing sub boxes if they exist.

You have now selected the type op sub box

3) Define the Sub box
Enter in the field "Name" the name of the sub box to create.
Click the "Add" button to create the sub box.

The sub box is now created.

4) Route e-mail address to sub box
Click on the "Approved" or "Send" radio button to select the type of sub box
Select from the "Email sub box" combo box the sub box you need.
Enter in the "Email address" field the e-mail address to route.
Click the "Add" button to store the route of the e-mail address.

The e-mail address is now rerouted to the specific sub box.

5) Restart the e-mail application to activated the new sub boxes

6) View the sub boxes in the BPO Email application
To view the sub boxes you only need to right click on the "Approved" and/or "Send" box button at the left side of the BPO Email application.

The sub boxes are now visible.

7) View mail of Sub box.
To view the mail of a sub box you only need to click on the sub box.
<The e-mail is listed in the email approved / send list>
You can now read the emails of the sub boxes.
